How online delivery works in Michigan
Michigan schools may offer different approved delivery structures. Before enrolling, verify that the exact course appears in the current Michigan approved-course information, provides all 40 hours of salesperson credit, includes the required civil-rights and equal-housing content, and explains its attendance, identity, and completion-certificate requirements.
What to verify before enrolling
Confirm the specific course's current approval status, that it carries full 40-hour credit in the exact delivery format offered by the school, and that it explains how it verifies attendance and identity and issues the completion certificate. Approval in another state does not transfer to Michigan.
Course delivery, MiPLUS, and PSI are three separate systems
Taking your course online is a separate process from submitting the MiPLUS application, which is itself separate from PSI's test-center or remote-proctored exam delivery. Completing one does not automatically advance you through the others.
After completing your course
Once you complete all 40 hours and receive your completion certificate, you move into the same MiPLUS application and PSI exam-authorization sequence as any other candidate. See the application guide.
