TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHREADY AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITY, APPLICATION DENIAL, MISSED DEADLINES, COURSE PURCHASES, EXAM FEES, LICENSING FEES, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON PATHREADY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHREADY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO PATHREADY IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
