Current application and fee
Form A490-0225SLIC-v15, revised 07/01/2026, is the current Salesperson License Application. The initial application has no online option. Complete and sign the DPOR fillable/printable form and follow its submission and payment instructions. The current total is $244.50.
Exam and fingerprint windows
The Board must receive the application within one year of the initial examination date and within 90 calendar days after fingerprint results reach the Board.
Choose active or inactive issuance
An active application requires firm or sole-proprietor information and a broker signature. An applicant without affiliation receives an inactive license, which does not authorize licensed activity. Licensure certifications, where required, must be dated within 60 days of application receipt.
Criminal-history disclosure
Disclose all felony convictions and, within the prior five years, misdemeanors involving fraud or dishonesty, sexual offenses, non-marijuana drug distribution, or battery. The application excludes juvenile-court adjudications; pardoned, set-aside, reversed, or expunged matters; pending dispositions; adjudication withheld; deferred judgments; and otherwise inoperative matters.
