Renewal deadline
Pennsylvania salesperson (and broker) licenses expire May 31 of every even-numbered year. There is no grace period, so renewing after the deadline means your license has lapsed rather than simply being late.
How to renew

Continuing education requirement

Reactivation after inactivity

2026–2028 cycle topic
For June 1, 2026–May 31, 2028, standard/non-first-time renewers complete at least 2 hours on “Protecting Consumer’s Real Property, Personal Property and Information.” First-time renewers remain subject to their mandatory modules.
